By registering with the website, Locum GPs consent for their personal details to be provided to GP practices and other relevant parties and vice-versa for purposes of job advertising. Hospital nurse banks and out of hours departments will be able to create a database populated with their staff details. These details shall not be disclosed to any persons beyond Locum Monkey. It is the responsibility of the NHS Departments and Organisations to ensure that their staff has consented to be contacted by SMS and email.

We may also use your data to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you and we may contact you about these by post or e-mail.

Users will generally be contacted by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about the goods and services of Locum Monkey.

We will not pass or sell your details to third parties including our partners. Locum Monkey will remain the sole user and keeper of your personal data.

Users can delete their account at any time. Accounts will only be closed and information deleted after settlement of any outstanding sums due to Locum Monkey.
